1. When the news story starts, "Thirteen people were killed today in the bombing of...," you can bet the bombing was perpetrated by (or at least is being blamed on) the Other Side.
2. When the news story starts, "US planes today struck...," you can bet you won't hear how many innocent civilians were killed.
