"This is the fence the West built"

A September 14 Washington Post cartoon by Tom Toles seems appropriate to the day the WTO talks broke down. The cartoon is a triptych. The first panel, captioned "This is the fence the West built," shows a big fence on which is scrawled "AGRICULTURAL BARRIERS." The second panel is captioned "This is the whitewash that covered the fence the West built."
